About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer support operations. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure seamless service, accurate order processing, and timely communication. Your role will be key in driving customer satisfaction and supporting our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and identify growth opportunities
* Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring accurate lead times and pricing
* Load and progress orders in SAP, maintaining data accuracy and delivery timelines
* Handle customer calls, emails, and chatbot interactions with professionalism
* Coordinate service calls and returns, ensuring timely resolutions
* Support documentation needs and manage the shared sales inbox
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to team collaboration
* Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or sales support role
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SAP, HubSpot, and BI tools
* Strong communication and organisational skills
