Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Operations: Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen management, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.

Quality Control: Ensure every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

Leadership & Training: Supervise, mentor, and train junior kitchen staff (Commis and Chef de Parties).

Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory to minimize waste and manage costs effectively.

Health & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, strictly adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Menu Development: Collaborate on creating and refining new menu items and specials.
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a highly skilled Chef de Partie ready for the next step.

A true passion for cooking and a deep knowledge of various culinary techniques.
