We are hiring a Media Buyer to manage and scale paid social campaigns, with a strong emphasis on creative performance and data-driven decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with creative teams and ownership of campaign performance from launch through scale.
Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta
* Evaluate and scale creative tests based on performance data
* Translate performance insights into clear creative direction
* Manage budgets, pacing, and performance targets
* Monitor key metrics and take decisive action based on results
* Collaborate with copywriters, editors, and creators to continuously improve output
* Maintain structured testing and scaling processes
Requirements
* Proven experience managing paid social accounts at scale
