Neurodiverse House work from 12, school pick up 15.05. Care needs have increased due to work patterns Housework and household management tasks ie laundry, uniforms, meals etc. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care to children in a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment Support the physical, emotional, and educational development of each child Work closely with the family. Engage children in age-appropriate learning and play activities Promote independence, positive behaviour, and self-confidence in each child Requirements Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or Health & Social Care (or equivalent) SEN Experience Medical administrative training. Experience working with children, ideally with additional needs Knowledge of safeguarding and child development principles Creative, patient, and emotionally resilient Must be a driver Must complete mandatory training, hold or obtain an enhanced DBS, and be registered on the update service (Costs covered and support provided by Freedom Care) Why Join Freedom Care?
