We’re recruiting for a Customer Operations Coordinator to support one of our client’s key accounts within the logistics and supply chain sector. This role focuses on managing customer requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for a nominated customer, ensuring all requirements are captured accurately and on time.
- Keep SOPs and internal procedures updated with any service changes.
- Attend customer meetings as needed and maintain strong client relationships.
- Respond promptly to queries from internal teams, customers, and customs authorities.
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics/supply chain or knowledge of UK customs is ideal, but full training is available.
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive, helpful attitude.
- Confident using MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills.
