The company:

Main duties:
Provide export sales coordination and excellent customer support by managing orders, processing quotations and supporting the export sales team
The role:
* Prepare customer quotations ensuring customers have all details required and following up where needed
* Ensure records are maintained and recorded accurately
* Be responsible for processing all orders ensuring high attention to detail
* Coordinate export inbox communications
* Liaise with internal teams following up on lead time and stock
* Ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently
* Handle invoicing, credit notes, transfer orders as well as freight and shipments
* Reporting as needed
The candidate:
* Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
* Export sales or customer service experience beneficial
* Excellent communication skills prioritising customer support
* Positive, proactive and able to work as part of a team
* IT literate
