Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Our client, a well-established and growing business in Grays, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team.
The role of Sales Administrator:
* Responding to client enquiries via telephone, email, and at the trade counter
* Preparing quotations and processing customer orders efficiently
* Ordering stock from approved suppliers and managing inventory levels
* Conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate system records
* Performing quality assurance checks and resolving product-related issues
* Coordinating delivery schedules with customers and arranging transport via internal fleet or couriers
