About the role :
We are looking for outstanding, committed and motivated individuals to contribute to the development of teaching, learning and curriculum. This will be an exciting opportunity for a dedicated classroom practitioner who can display a real passion for inspiring and challenging the pupils at the school.
What we are looking for:
* QTS and HLTA qualification required.
* Experience working within a school setting is essential for this role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both staff and students
* Strong communication
Key Responsibilities :
* Deliver engaging lessons and support learning across a variety of subjects
* Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment
* Collaborate with class teachers to maintain continuity of learning
* Support the development of pupils' academic and personal growth
