Our Kiddi Caru Nursery in Bradley Stoke is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

About Our Nursery

Our refurbished nursery on Webbs Wood Road, Bradley Stoke, features thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces that inspire curiosity and help children settle quickly.

The Acorn Room for babies provides a safe, spacious environment for crawling, exploring, and developing physical skills, with direct access to a large garden. The Oak Room for toddlers and preschoolers offers a warm, cosy space with free‑flow outdoor access and high‑quality resources that encourage creativity, independence, and curiosity.


Outdoor Space

Our gardens give children regular opportunities to explore and play outside. The baby garden is filled with soft grass and colourful blooms, offering a safe, engaging space for little ones to discover the wonders of nature.


Location and Travel

We offer ample parking, and the CS7 bus stop is just a one‑minute walk away on Baileys Court Road. With excellent commuter links and nearby schools, including Bowsland Green, Little Stoke, and Meadowbrook Primary Schools, our nursery is ideally located for families in Bradley Stoke and the surrounding areas.


What will you be doing

* Create an environment that supports the individual needs of all children
* Maintain systems to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of our childcare practices
* Maintain effective methods of communication with children, staff, parents, and carers
* Maintain open and positive working relationships with staff
* Ensure that practices and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Assist in agreeing and reviewing individual targets with staff
* Assume playroom and additional management responsibilities when required
* Keep costs in line with the agreed budgets
