As a Graduate Electronics Engineer, you'll work within a world-class engineering team, contributing to the design, testing, and development of innovative electrical and electronic solutions that drive our ambition to consistently compete at the very top of Formula 1.

Key Responsibilities
 * Design, develop, and support new and existing electronic and electrical assemblies across both car and test environments.
 * Assist in the development of embedded software for electronic assemblies.
 * Develop and maintain software tools to support testing and calibration activities (using LabVIEW, Visual Basic, C, C#, etc.).
 * Support the development of new instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and sensor technologies.
 * Create and implement new procedures and equipment to improve technical efficiency and performance.
 * Collaborate across disciplines to deliver robust, high-performance electronic solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
 * A degree (BEng, MEng or equivalent) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related discipline.
 * Strong understanding of analogue and digital electronic design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and production processes.
 * Experience developing microcontroller-based systems and embedded firmware for sensor data acquisition and processing.
 * Knowledge of sensor design principles, signal conditioning interfaces, and harness/loom design.
 * Proficiency in software tools and programming environments such as LabVIEW, C/C#, or Visual Basic, alongside standard PC applications (Word, Excel, drawing packages).
 * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a practical, hands‑on approach to engineering challenges.
 * Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
 * Enthusiastic, reliable, and safety‑conscious, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
