About the role:
1. Our Technology, Data and Resilience (TDR) team specialises in helping financial services firms enhance their Operational Resilience. Focusing on Business Continuity, third-party resilience, non-financial risk management, and resilience technology integrations, we assist clients in effectively navigating disruptions.


What your days will look like:
2. Client Engagement Support: Work with engagement managers and leaders to assist in understanding client operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
3. Engagement Delivery: Support the delivery of projects in alignment with client objectives and expectations, focusing on enhancing their Operational Resilience.
4. Innovation and Solutions Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of resilience technologies and AI solutions aimed at improving client capabilities.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with PwC and client teams to develop and implement innovative strategies that meet client goals.
6. Report Generation: Assist in drafting comprehensive reports and deliverables for clients, ensuring alignment with engagement objectives.
7. Industry Insight and Relationship Building: Conduct market research to identify industry needs and support the development of new client relationships and opportunities.
8. Thought Leadership: Engage in discussions and share insights about key risk management trends and shifts in the industry.
9. Business Development Support: Participate in business development activities including the preparation of responses to tenders and involvement in sales pitches.
10. Personal and Team Growth: Commit to personal development to gain relevant skills and contribute to making the TDR practice an excellent place to work.


This role is for you if you have:
11. Experience in Operational Resilience or Business Continuity within financial services, with a keen interest in technology and AI applications.
12. Competence in analysing operations and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
13. Strong ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and work under your initiative.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear reports and engage effectively with stakeholders.
15. Willingness to learn and develop new skills, especially in resilience technology and AI solutions.
