Role Details Job Title: Supervisor Reports to: Assistant General Manager / Duty Manager Responsible for: Team Members & Team Leaders on site Hours: 32 hours per week Purpose of the Role To oversee daily operations and ensure the site provides a safe, high-quality, and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Team Leaders and Team Members across all departments. Take full operational responsibility when senior managers are not present. Open and close the site, including security checks, compliance tasks, and setting alarms. Organise staff cover for absences and ensure the site is appropriately staffed. Oversee smooth delivery of all sessions, events, and birthday parties. Maintain safety standards by conducting checks, organising safety briefings, and monitoring health & safety compliance. Ensure the site is kept clean, safe, and well-presented at all times. Manage stock levels, storage, rotation, and reporting of any defects or maintenance issues. Support team communication, give feedback, and conduct regular 1-2-1s. Deliver excellent customer service, offering guidance and demonstrations when needed. Promote teamwork, uphold company standards, and ensure policies are followed. Complete any other tasks reasonably requested by the management team.
