As Sales Representative you'll be the main point of contact for B2B clients and distributors, diagnosing requirements, offering expert product guidance and ensuring a smooth, efficient sales process.

Key duties and responsibilities for the Sales Representative:
* Identify customer product requirements, offering a detailed and tailored solution.
* Manage end-to-end sales process from lead to order fulfilment.
* Compile quotations and provide pricing information to clients.
* Complete all sales support administration tasks accurately and effectively.
* Offer a consultative approach when dealing with customers, ensuring they obtain the right product according to their needs.
* Liaise with internal warehouse, transport and engineering teams to ensure lead times are met.
Key skills and experience required for the Sales Representative:
* 2 years of experience within a customer experience, customer support or sales role.
* An inquisitive mind and interest in learning about technical components, or previous experience dealing with a similar product/client-base within engineering or manufacturing.
* Fluent in English and German
* Well-organised with excellent customer care skills and professional telephone manner.
* High level of concentration, attention to detail and accuracy.
* Confident and proactive to develop the role and make it your own.
* Good working knowledge of CRM or e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Additional details & benefits
* Full-time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Office-based, work from home on Friday with early finish @ 2.15pm
