We are a secondary special academy for pupils with MLD including autism.
We are part of the Torfield and Saxon Mount Academy Trust.
Responsibilities & Core Duties
The successful candidate will be an exceptionally talented and dynamic individual, who can secure improvement, be aspirational for our pupils and, with the support of the Head of School and Executive Head, effectively lead a dedicated team of professionals to build upon existing strengths and develop excellent provision within the academy. We can offer a highly positive and well-resourced teaching and learning environment, a talented, ambitious and collegiate staff team and pupils who are an absolute pleasure and privilege to work with.
Qualifications & Experience
We aim to appoint an innovative senior leader who has a track record of successfully driving whole school improvement. Applications from outstanding mainstream or special school senior or middle leaders will be especially welcomed.
