Job Title: Social Media & Partnerships Manager

Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead our social media strategy and partnerships. As a Social Media & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.

You will oversee the management of our company's social media channels, including content creation, publishing, and engagement. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with social-first media accounts and press, as well as identifying and developing strategic media partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing social media and influencer strategies, preferably in a DTC, active lifestyle, or performance brand. You will have a deep understanding of all major social platforms and their nuances, as well as strong creative direction skills for social content, tone, and visual storytelling.

You will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment. You will have excellent copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail, and be able to motivate yourself and others to get things done, regardless of challenges.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives
* Manage our company's social media channels, including content creation, publishing, and engagement
* Build and maintain relationships with social-first media accounts and press
* Identify and develop strategic media partnerships
* Collaborate closely with the paid social team to ensure cohesive planning across the organic and paid content calendars

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in managing social media and influencer strategies, preferably in a DTC, active lifestyle, or performance brand
* Deep understanding of all major social platforms and their nuances
* Strong creative direction skills for social content, tone, and visual storytelling
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail
