Main duties of the job
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will support the client's daily routines, help them engage with the community, and ensure their safety and well‑being. This role requires experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviour, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be part of a small, close‑knit support team and receive ongoing guidance and training from the care team.

Shift Pattern: Monday – Sunday, 9:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: £13.00

Qualifications
