Clacton-on-Sea is a charming seaside town located on the Essex coast of England. Known for its traditional British seaside appeal, Clacton offers a delightful mix of sandy beaches, a classic pier with amusements, and beautiful coastal walks. Clacton-on-Sea boasts excellent commuting and transport links, making it an attractive option for residents and visitors alike. The town is well-connected by road, with the A133 providing easy access to the A120 and the M25, facilitating straightforward travel to London and other major cities.
Working hours and schedule:
We are open 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday (Monday – Friday: 9am – 7pm, Saturday: 9am – 6pm on a rota basis). As a full-time Client Care Advisor, you will work 40 hours per week, with 1 in 2 Saturdays but no OOH required. The week following your weekend shift, you’ll finish at 4pm on Monday and 3pm for the rest of the week.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring our team are in the right place at the right time to ensure our client journey is second to none, overseeing the daily resource planner and ensuring tasks are completed timely and efficiently.
* Managing wider responsibilities such as chasing insurance claims and introducing SOPs for administrative processes.
* Providing exceptional service to clients and the best care possible to their pets, acting as a link between clients and the clinical team.
* Building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team.
* Delivering excellent client service during visits, ensuring clients leave satisfied and looking forward to their next visit.
* Greeting clients, offering support, guidance, managing payments and bookings confidently.
* Coordinating daily routines using our online booking system, requiring good computer literacy.
Required attributes:
* Friendly and welcoming demeanor for clients and pets.
* Good knowledge of practice services and additional offerings.
* Experience in managerial roles, veterinary experience is an advantage.
* Confident in administrative processes, electronic diaries, Excel, and telephony.
* Calm, attentive, client-focused.
* Enthusiastic, passionate about service and pets.
* Ability to handle various situations professionally.
* Infectious personality that fosters a welcoming environment.
