Service Advisor – Top Level Main Dealer

What is in it for you:

• Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 basic salary + performance bonuses yielding an achievable £38,000 OTE.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00. Saturdays are on a 08:00 – 12:00 rota (1-in-3), fully paid as overtime.

What you will be doing:

• Customer Journey: Guiding customers seamlessly from their initial booking through to vehicle collection, delivering an exceptional customer-focused experience.
• Workshop Liaison: Translating technical repair work and maintenance needs into clear, simple terms for vehicle owners while working closely with technicians to keep jobs on schedule.
• Service Sales: Identifying natural opportunities to upsell tailored products and services, such as service plans and optional accessories.
• CSI Drive: Driving consistently high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results through proactive, honest communication.

Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or high-volume independent garage is required. You must be skilled at explaining mechanical details in an approachable way and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Bexhill-on-Sea, making it an easy commute from Hastings, Eastbourne, Battle, and Hailsham.
