What youll be doing as Sales Manager
Building and developing a strong pipeline of residential, mixed-use and commercial auction instructions
Carrying out property valuations and securing new business across your region
Advising vendors on the auction process and route to market
Managing sales from instruction through to completion
Generating new opportunities through networking, referrals and existing relationships
Acting as a professional brand ambassador across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire
What were looking for in a Sales Manager
Previous estate agency experience within the local market
A proven background in valuations and listing generation
Experience managing property transactions end to end
Confidence working independently and structuring your own workload
Exposure to auction sales or alternative selling methods would be advantageous
