We are looking for a brilliant Italian/Spanish/French speaker to join our small and experienced team.
Role requirement:
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Experience or degree in the Luxury Tourism and Hospitality sector
* Experience in communication and Marketing
* Excellent verbal and written English, Italian or Spanish
* Good Level of geographical knowledge of the world
* A team player with a friendly approachable manner and a real passion for travel, preferably well-travelled
* Good attention to detail, dedicated and organized
-GDS knowledge is a plus
* Adaptable and autonomous with great initiative and a sense of responsibility
* Up-to-date knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their preferences, travel history, and lifestyle needs.
* Provide personalized, concierge-level service with meticulous attention to detail at every stage of the travel experience.
Itinerary Design & Planning
* Curate bespoke travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, private transfers, dining, excursions, and exclusive events.
* Anticipate client needs and design seamless end-to-end itineraries that exceed expectations.
Luxury Product Knowledge
* Stay up to date with luxury destinations, premium airlines, five-star hotels, resorts, villas, and unique experiences worldwide.
* Develop strong relationships with luxury travel partners and suppliers to secure exclusive access, upgrades, and privileges.
Sales & Revenue Growth
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell premium services and experiences.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through consultative selling and client retention.
Operational Excellence
* Manage bookings, confirmations, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
* Proactively handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or special requests while ensuring minimal disruption to the client experience.
Crisis & Issue Resolution
* Provide 24/7 support where required, responding swiftly to unexpected travel disruptions or client concerns.
* Maintain discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
Market & Trend Awareness
* Monitor emerging travel trends, destinations, and exclusive offerings to provide clients with innovative recommendations.
* Attend luxury travel trade shows, networking events, and supplier training sessions to strengthen expertise.
