About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market-leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high-speed rail projects.
We are seeking to recruit a Sub Agent to join our team in the Greatworth to Southam Area.
As a Sub Agent, you will need to assist with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation such as Method Statements, Environmental and Quality Plans, construction programmes, procurement, and design deliverable schedules.
This position will liaise with the Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary works to carry out activities to the required standards, programme, and budget. The Sub Agent will also manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers. Assisting with the coordination of construction operations, ensuring they conform to contract requirements and the required safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards, is a key part of this role.
This position will assist with producing programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control.

About You
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent.
* Knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
* Experience in quality assurance and geotechnical management is preferred.
* Good team skills.
* Must hold a full UK driver’s license and have access to your own vehicle.
* SMSTS certification.
* Valid CSCS card, either Black, Gold, White, White/Yellow, Red Experienced, or Red Provisional (6 months).
