The primary focus will be the care of their baby boy, ensuring he enjoys a consistent daily routine, positive sleep habits, and age-appropriate developmental activities. The family would love for the nanny to create an environment for their son that he can thrive in, including baby groups and classes. Occasionally and during school holidays, the nanny will also care for his two older sisters, creating a harmonious and engaging environment for all three children. The role includes supporting the smooth running of the household, resetting and tidying living spaces, meal and snack preparation, organising children’s clothing and belongings, and maintaining clean, safe play areas. The family value a proactive approach and someone who can notice and respond to the children’s changing needs as they grow. Their home is set in a beautiful garden with an orchard, where they enjoy harvesting fruit and vegetables and spending time outdoors with their two friendly family dogs. A nanny who enjoys nature, fresh air, and gentle countryside living will feel right at home.
Location of the job: Kilsby, Rugby
Minimum experience Level for this job: Experience working with children in private households
Days required: Tuesday 9am – 3pm & Thursday 6am – 3pm (3pm – 8pm once a month)
Additional babysitting hours once a month
Pets in the home: 2 dogs
Driving required: Yes, own car required
Ages of children: 2 months, 7 & 10 years old.
Job Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £14,285 gross per annum £17 gross per hour
