Newly Qualified Solicitor (Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence) | Willenhall or Stoke on Trent Office | Full Time, Permanent | Working hours are Monday Friday, 9 am 5 pm, with flexibility if require | 3 Days per week WFH | £30,000 £50,000 per annum DOE

What youll be doing
1. Managing your own caseload of Clinical Negligence, RTA, and Personal Injury claims from instruction to settlement
2. Drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, schedules of loss, and witness statements
3. Instructing and analysing medical reports
4. Negotiating settlements with defendants and insurers
5. Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel throughout the litigation process
6. Ensuring compliance with protocols, limitation deadlines, and procedural requirements
