What you’ll do:
- Handle 100% warm, inbound student enquiries
- Qualify and guide applicants through the enrolment process with partner universities
- Hit and exceed monthly conversion targets to unlock uncapped commission
- Option to self-generate leads for additional cash incentives
- What we’re looking for:
- 12+ months in sales, recruitment, or another target-driven role
- Proven record of hitting/exceeding targets
- A confident, engaging communicator who can build rapport fast
- Self-motivated and hungry for six-figure earnings
