Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of project designs, ensuring alignment with technical, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.
* Develop and manage design programmes and budgets.
* Oversee the creation of detailed design packages, from initial concepts to final documentation.
* Coordinate input from civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines across in-house and subcontract teams.
* Chair internal and external design reviews, ensuring spatial and functional coordination.
* Liaise with clients, site teams, and regulatory authorities to address project requirements and resolve issues.
* Provide technical guidance and oversight for project design deliverables.
