Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join their team. This is a key role responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the wider finance function. Company Benefits: * Performance-related bonus * Free on-site parking * Comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme and 25 days’ holiday * Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional development Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and reconcile client and office accounts * Process client payments including cheques, bank transfers, and card payments * Monitor daily bank activity and accurately allocate funds * Prepare and process account reconciliations * Handle banking duties such as deposits and withdrawals * Process supplier invoices and support regular payment runs * Manage petty cash and staff expense claims * Produce financial reports including balance sheets and cash flow statements * Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation * Provide assistance to colleagues on finance-related queries * Offer general financial guidance as needed Experience and Skills Requirements * Previous experience as a Legal Cashier or in a similar finance role within the legal industry * Proficiency in legal accounting software (e.g. LEAP, Xero, or similar), and Microsoft Office applications * High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills * Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines * Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted
