Our Infrastructure Team
Our growing team specialises in drainage, highways, and plot design, working alongside transport planners to provide fully integrated infrastructure services. We focus on creativity and precision to maintain high engineering standards. Our services include:

* Drainage Design, including SuDS (both private & adoptable)
* Sewer Diversions
* Highway & Access Design (private & adoptable)
* Level Strategies & Earthworks Assessments

* Underground Services Coordination
* Site Supervision
The Role
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of experience, eager to develop skills and contribute to exciting projects. You will be mentored by senior engineers and involved in all project phases from feasibility to design and on-site construction.
Key Responsibilities
* Help design and deliver infrastructure projects from start to finish.
* Conduct feasibility studies and options assessments.
* Prepare reports supporting planning and technical submissions.
* Create and manage high-quality CAD drawings.
* Draft technical specifications and design documents.
* Work directly with clients and take on early client-facing duties.
* Collaborate with senior team members for guidance and development.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in drainage, highways, earthworks, or utilities coordination.
* Familiarity with Civil 3D and Causeway Flow/MicroDrainage is a plus.
* Experience within multidisciplinary teams or on large projects.
* BEng/MEng or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Strong motivation to pursue professional registration (e.g., ICE).
