Your Impact as a Plant Fitter:
As a key Fitter in our team, your responsibilities will include:
* Performing comprehensive Maintenance and Repair on heavy plant equipment and machinery.
* Conducting accurate Diagnostics on Plant machinery to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
* Executing Component Replacement with precision and expertise.
* Carrying out Routine Servicing to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
* Maintaining meticulous Record Keeping for all work performed.
What we're looking for:
* NVQ/City & Guilds in an engineering discipline (preferred but not essential)
* Proven experience working with renowned brands like Wirtgen, JCB, Bomag, and Ammann.
* Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
* Expertise working on a variety of equipment and machinery, including:
o Surfacing equipment
o Pavers
o Planers
o Rollers
o Street masters
o Small handheld plant
* A dedicated Mechanic with a strong work ethic.
