A modern, top-tier Legal 500 practice with over 25 years expertise in debt recovery litigation is expanding its Finance Recoveries Team in Liverpool. Following continued growth and the acquisition of several blue-chip clients, the firm is seeking a Solicitor or experienced Litigator to join its specialist team.

The Role
You will join a busy and supportive Finance Recoveries team, handling a varied caseload of commercial litigation and debt recovery matters. The role offers excellent exposure to complex, litigated work and strong progression opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
You will bring:
* Experience in commercial litigation
* Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
* Experience in debt recovery and enforcement methods
* Ability to manage deadlines and a diverse caseload
* Experience leading or supporting complex, litigated matters
* Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
