As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Paraplanner to support the advisers.
The Role:
As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting our advisers in delivering high-quality financial advice. This will involve undertaking in-depth research, preparing suitability reports, and ensuring our clients receive tailored recommendations that meet their individual needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about financial planning, values collaboration, and wants to play a key role in making a real difference to clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Undertake in-depth research and analysis across pensions, investments, protection, and other financial planning areas.
· Prepare detailed and compliant suitability reports tailored to individual client needs.
· Collaborate closely with advisers to develop bespoke financial planning solutions.
· Gather, analyse, and interpret client information to support effective decision-making.
· Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain accurate product and policy information.
· Keep up to date with industry developments, products, and regulatory changes.
· Support the continual improvement of internal systems and processes.
· Contribute to team discussions and share ideas – your input will always be valued.
· Provide technical support to colleagues where required.
About You:
· Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards, with a commitment to progress further).
· Strong technical knowledge across key financial planning areas, with a genuine interest in staying ahead of regulatory and market changes.
· Excellent written communication skills – able to explain complex ideas clearly and simply.
· A positive, proactive approach with great problem-solving skills.
· High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities – able to manage multiple tasks without losing focus.
· A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others, but also confident working independently.
· Friendly, approachable, and client-focused – you'll genuinely care about delivering the best outcomes.
