About the Role
I am looking for a strategic Head of Financial Accounting to lead the team in a high-impact leadership role with real autonomy and visibility across the business.
As a qualified accountant, you’ll take ownership of the financial and property/capital accounting, ensuring the delivery of accurate, insightful financial information for both management and statutory purposes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and inspire the Financial Accounting team
2. Oversee monthly financial reporting, balance sheet management, and statutory cashflow compliance (IAS 17 & IFRS 16)
3. Manage full-year reporting and IFRS 16 disclosures
4. Own weekly cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
5. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
6. Drive enhancements to financial systems and processes
7. Ensure robust financial controls and manage audit processes
8. Support financial planning for new business initiatives
