Responsibilities
* Support life‑changing student journeys at a world‑class university.
* Apply your assessment expertise in a high‑impact, student‑centred role.
* Support admissions of high quality domestic and international students to the University.
* Assess and process domestic and international undergraduate and postgraduate applications from submission through to offer, applying sound judgement and attention to detail.
* Provide expert advice on qualifications, eligibility, GPA calculations and English language requirements, including complex or uncommon international qualifications.
* Contribute to efficient, student‑focused admissions operations by collaborating with colleagues across Admissions, faculties and professional teams.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in an administrative role within a large, complex organisation, with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines.
* High level of attention to detail and numerical reasoning, with confidence assessing qualifications and verifying supporting documentation.
* Sound knowledge of domestic and international education systems and qualification frameworks, or the ability to quickly build this expertise.
* Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to respond to complex enquiries and provide clear advice to stakeholders.
* Proficiency in common business systems (word processing, spreadsheets, databases and online platforms) and a willingness to learn new systems.
Working Conditions
* Requirement to work during the Christmas/New Year UWA Shutdown period.
* Occasional weekend and after‑hours work.
* Some overseas and interstate travel may be requested.
* Current National Police Clearance Certificate required.
