Main role is to manage customers and Advisors enquiries and requirements.

· Experience in customer service
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and deal with enquiries, telephone calls and emails
· Provide administrative support to the Safety Advisory Team
· Maintain administrative documents, manual and computerised filing systems
· Prepare correspondence, reports and maintain and develop filing and other systems
· Create and produce safety documentation
· Provide risk assessments and method statements
· Assist in development of new arrangements, risk and coshh assessments
· Maintain records of work, and to prioritise work to meet external deadlines
