Product & Propositions Executive

What You'll Do
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
* Support product development, customer journey improvements and change initiatives.
* Assist with product governance, documentation and regulatory requirements.
* Analyse product performance and customer insights to support proposition enhancements.
* Manage product enquiries and provide guidance to stakeholders.
* Support policy wording updates, insurer onboarding and customer communications.
Essential
* Experience in a product, proposition, operations, compliance, analytical or similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to analyse information and communicate effectively.
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn in a regulated environment.
Desirable
* Experience within insurance or financial services.
* Exposure to product governance, customer journeys or regulatory documentation.
* Knowledge of comparison sites such as Defaqto or Moneyfacts.
* Motor insurance experience would be advantageous.
