Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Registered CQC Manager to oversee clinical governance and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance across their clinics.
The Role
This is a key leadership position, responsible for maintaining compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards while supporting the delivery of excellent patient outcomes. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience of CQC inspections, auditing processes, and healthcare governance.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on behalf of the organisation
* Ensure full compliance with all CQC regulations, standards, and best practice guidelines
* Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and overall experience
* Lead preparation for CQC inspections, including audits and action planning
* Drive continuous improvement through effective clinical governance frameworks
* Oversee incident reporting, safeguarding, and complaints management processes
* Ensure accurate and compliant record keeping and reporting
* Support business growth while maintaining regulatory and clinical excellence
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a CQC-regulated environment is essential
* In-depth knowledge of CQC frameworks, standards, and inspection processes
* Background in private healthcare, surgical, or aesthetic settings
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* A proactive approach to patient safety and quality improvement
