Your mission
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the presence of Dorel Juvenile brands, Maxi-Cosi, Tiny Love, Bebeconfort, and Safety 1st, across the UK. You’ll lead the growth of our national key accounts by building strong commercial relationships, driving sales performance, and identifying new opportunities for market penetration. In this dynamic, collaborative environment, you’ll ensure strategic alignment with partners, deliver on ambitious sales objectives, and contribute directly to the long‑term success of our brands. Key responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic key account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Strengthen partnerships with key retailers, ensuring optimal product distribution and brand visibility.
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead negotiations to expand product listings and shelf space.
* Analyze sales performance and market trends to proactively adjust strategies and maximize results.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Administration, Operational Marketing, Retailer Care, and After‑Sales to deliver seamless customer experiences.
* Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
* Represent Dorel Juvenile professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your profile
* Proven experience in key account management or a relevant sales role, managing an annual turnover of £5 million.
* Background in nursery furniture, feeding products, or related baby‑care categories is a significant advantage.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems is a strong advantage.
* Ability to work on‑site once a month at our office in Borehamwood.
* Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive decisions.
* Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
What We Offer
* A salary of £40,000 per annum, in addition to a sales bonus.
* A car allowance of £550 per month.
* The annual leave entitlements consist of 25 vacation days.
* Other terms include health insurance and pension scheme.
