We're now looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to join our expanding team. You'll play a vital role in managing client relationships, supporting project delivery, and ensuring our learning solutions achieve measurable impact.
The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you'll take ownership of key client accounts and ensure every project runs smoothly - from onboarding and delivery to reporting and renewal.
You'll work closely with our commercial and product teams to make sure every client gets maximum value from our platform and services. This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone who enjoys client success, relationship management, and digital learning innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with key clients across multiple sectors
* Act as the main point of contact for client queries, updates, and project coordination
* Translate client needs into clear project briefs and delivery plans
* Work with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and on budget
* Monitor account performance, report on progress, and identify opportunities for improvement
* Support renewal discussions and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
* Produce regular client reports, impact summaries, and presentations
* Represent Academii at meetings, workshops, and industry events
About You
* Proven experience in account management, client success, or B2B relationship management
* Background in digital learning, education technology, or SaaS (advantageous)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Commercially aware with strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident using CRMs, digital dashboards, and online collaboration tools
* Motivated by purpose-driven work and the impact of learning technology
