The documents are accessible but if you do have any issues please contact our People Services Team via email - [email protected] Please re-upload completed applications in order for them to be considered. ​Please note CV's will not be put forward for Shortlisting Job Information: ​ An exciting opportunity has now arisen at Shelter Cymru for a Housing Law Caseworker who will work within our Housing Services team based in one of our North Wales Offices(Wrexham Rhyl or Felinheli ). ​The post holder will be part of a team who provide a National Housing Advice Service. In this role advice will be delivered primarily to regular face-to-face surgeries, housing possession help desks in courts in Northwest Wales and on occasion remotely. ​ The post holder will be office based/work out of one of our North Wales Offices(Wrexham Rhyl or Felinheli )during the induction period, with some flexibility to work from home, subject to line manager’s approval. Following a successful induction, the post holder may choose to work part of the week from home. ​Employees are provided with an office base; this role can be based in o ne of our North Wales Offices(Wrexham Rhyl or Felinheli ). Hybrid working - We are developing a flexible and hybrid working approach for all staff, with a minimum of 1 day per week working in the office and have offices across Wales (Cardiff, Swansea, Rhyl, Felinheli and Wrexham) and employees are provided with an office base. Workplace counsellor - Our workplace counsellor provides various support to Shelter Cymru Staff includingInduction training and information on the Intranet on maintaining good mental health and frontline workers have access to bi-monthly peer support and reflective practice groups, facilitated by the workplace counsellor. Frontline Workers can also access 121 counselling sessions. Employee Assistance Programme to help staff to deal with personal problems that might impact on work performance, health and wellbeing. The programme offers a wide range of support, including online resources, counselling, legal & financial support and referral services. Financial ​ Shelter Cymru operates a contributory pension scheme – employer contribution 4% and 5% employee contribution. Non-contributory group life assurance scheme (up to two times annual salary) Enhanced maternity, paternity, shared parental and adoption pay Enhanced sick pay scheme. Contribution to Christmas party.
