Job Description
Leading a large team of Maths Teachers (KS3‑KS5) and designing a curriculum that meets the cohort’s needs and wants.
Responsibilities
* Lead a large team of Maths Teachers (KS3‑KS5).
* Help design & tailor a Maths curriculum to suit the cohort’s needs / wants.
* Manage multiple different personalities.
* Contribute to the school’s outstanding performance and CPD initiatives.
Person Specification
* Must have UK QTS.
* Be able to manage a range of personalities.
* Be able to motivate, inspire & drive standards throughout.
* Strong understanding of Maths curriculum.
* Outstanding expectations for yourself & fellow Maths Teachers.
