Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive – Mobile Services to join our dynamic team in the UK. This role is critical to strengthening our day-to-day field operations and driving data-led performance improvements across the business.
Responsibilities:
* Operations & Dispatch: Manage daily scheduling and route optimisation; monitor live operations to resolve delays, no-shows, and technical issues in real time.
* Data & Performance: Build and maintain dashboards (Excel/CRM/BI) to track KPIs such as Job Completion Rate, First-Time Fix Rate, and Turnaround Time (TAT).
* Team Leadership: Support hiring, onboarding, and training; monitor technician performance to ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and safety standards.
* Quality Assurance & Support: Act as the first escalation point for field and customer issues; collaborate with support teams to drive high satisfaction and quick resolutions.
* Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement scalable workflows across dispatch and servicing to drive cost reductions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Automotive, or related field
* 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry (MANDATORY) — preferably in service operations, repairs, or field services
* Proven experience in managing field technicians or workshop/service operations
* Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets (experience with BI tools is a plus)
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
