As a Stock Supervisor, you will work closely with Games and Arcade Managers to ensure effective management of stock items and visual displays, providing the highest standards of operating practices. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and organized stock room, driving company vehicles, and reducing damages and costs through sensible storage of all stock. You must have 2 years' driving experience and a full UK Driving License to qualify for this position Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the efficient day-to-day running of all site operations through stock management. Manage games stock levels and staffing numbers while maintaining good general games housekeeping. Reconcile with accuracy, handle stock safely, and complete all administration to the required standard. Maintain a close liaison with the Site Manager to resolve any issues satisfactorily. Comply with the Company’s and Park’s Health and Safety Policies, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers. Monitor individual staff to ensure company procedures are adhered to and standards maintained. Provide information to the Manager regarding staffing levels to ensure efficiency and outstanding customer service. Motivate and lead the team, ensuring adherence to the HB Leisure Ltd.
