Location: London Bridge
Salary: Up to £30k basic (depending on experience) + Amazing Bonus Incentive

This fitness job in Bermondsey is the perfect opportunity for a sales professional to join a newly opened gym! This fitness opportunity in Bermondsey is for a leading franchise gym chain as they embark on their journey into the world of gyms and look to open their first of many clubs.

As a Membership Advisor you will be in charge of leading the day to day running of the sales and retention throughout the club.
Daily Duties
* Dealing with membership enquiries via phone, email and face to face, ensuring a high standard of member experience, providing precise information to prospective members
* Conducting tours and gym inductions
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business
* Support and work with marketing strategies, KPI’s and initiatives throughout the club
* Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of club
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system
* Be front facing for any member enquires
Essential Requirements
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry
* Level 2 Gym Instructor (preferred but not essential)
* Experience within managing a team
