As Pharmacy Operations Lead, reporting to the Pharmacy Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming and continuously improving pharmacy operations across Boots pharmacies with a strong focus on activity planning & communications. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and communicating operational processes that enhance service delivery, compliance, and customer experience. Tasks and key responsibilities of the role: · Lead and manage transformation projects within Pharmacy Operations, ensuring alignment with business goals. · Develop and deliver clear, concise operational guidance to pharmacy teams for consistent and efficient implementation of new processes. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and refine pharmacy workflows and service models. · Provide data-led insights to inform decision-making, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. · Act as a key communication link for project updates, changes, and guidance across internal teams. · Support stores and field teams in embedding new processes and resolving operational challenges. · Continuously review, evaluate, and update existing guidance for stores to ensure relevance and accuracy. What you'll need to have: · Experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare service delivery. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools. · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. · High attention to detail and organizational skills. · Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. It would be great if you also have: · Project management experience (desirable, not essential). · Demonstrated leadership and accountability. · A customer and colleague-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset. · Collaborative and adaptable working style.
