Specification Area Sales Manager | KBB Manufacturer | UK Housebuilder Projects Area: North East & Scotland The Role of Specification Sales Manager This is a specification-led sales role focused on driving product specification within the residential housebuilding sector, with a strong emphasis on regional developers and KBB installation contractors. The position involves early-stage engagement to secure product specification, followed by managing opportunities through housebuilders, KBB contractors, and plumbing & heating merchant supply channels through to site installation. Responsibilities * Securing specifications with regional housebuilders and residential developers * This is a specification-led sales role within residential construction: Success is driven by early influence at specification stage and strong relationship management through to installation and completion across housebuilders, bathroom contractors and merchant partners. * Working closely with bathroom contractors to ensure product suitability and installation alignment * Developing strong relationships with merchants to support supply and availability * Managing a structured pipeline of residential development projects across the region * Driving early-stage influence at design and specification level to secure inclusion on approved schedules * Managing live residential projects through to order conversion and site delivery The Company A well-established UK manufacturer operating within the KBB sector, supplying design-led solutions into residential development projects across the UK.
