The Role This is an exciting opportunity to lead the GCAP Integrated Schedule team, part of the Joint Programme Management Office (JPMO). The role will focus on the standardisation of a fully integrated and aligned schedule architecture to support national and international reporting. The role will be accountable of the generation, maintenance, status, and management information across the national and international reporting calendars. The role holder will be accountable for ensuring clear governance and processes are established and communicated to the community to drive consistency across the GCAP programme The role will have accountability for ensuring optimum capability of the team (people, training, process, toolset), and conducting first line assurance of data sets and reporting suites." Role Responsibilities: Not limited to Delivery of the Schedule Architecture on behalf of the GCAP Programme Management of the integrated consolidated schedule, ensuring associated review cycle in order to direct status updates, reporting and escalation into the JPMO. Deliver an integrated schedule Management reporting to the international stakeholders, including MoDs, ensuring quality insights that integrate across the data sets (consolidated schedules and IMS) Define and deliver the Integrated Master Schedule in line with the agreed Schedule Reporting Calendar Deliver across Government and Industry lead, the schedule risk analysis output, including confidence levels to enable management decision making Work with the FCAS People & Capability and Air Sector functional teams to establish project control "pipeline" of resource into and out of FCAS, ensuring ability of FCAS personnel to integrate back into Air Sector ways of working What are BAE Systems looking for from you? Security Requirements: SC & UK EYES ONLY This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC and you must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship and have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum 5 year period.
