About the job
Reporting to the Head of Sales UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and coaching Store Managers in Central London, Visual Merchandising Specialist London and a District Manager to recruit, engage and develop their stores and provide customers with an attainable luxury shopping experience
* Developing and implementing strategic initiatives that deliver the clusters market plan through high levels of collaboration with global & local stakeholders.
* Collaborating with Key Account Managers to drive the wholesale strategy forward including identifying new business development opportunities.
* Forecasting and controlling the retail payroll budget and optimizing store productivity levels
* Providing feedback, recommendations and industry insight to the Head of Sales UKI/FLM team to shape trading actions and influence mid – long term planning.
* Implementing tools to facilitate the effective management of controllable costs to maximize profitability
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in Multi-Site Management in a fast paced, wholesale, fashion/ attainable luxury retail environment
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
* Good people management and stakeholder management skills
* Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
* Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
