Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging GCSE-level lessons in core subjects (e.g., English, Maths, Science)
Plan and adapt lessons to suit the individual needs of students with SEN
Build positive, supportive relationships with students
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Requirements:
Experience teaching or tutoring at GCSE level
A background in Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential
Strong subject knowledge
Experience working with vulnerable children or young people is highly desirable
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Reliable, committed, and able to work independently
