In-house Employment Solicitor

Unique opportunity to join a well-known Retailer as their in-house Employment Solicitor.
Candidates looking for part-time or full-time will be considered.
As the In-House Employment Solicitor, you will be;
* Undertaking a wide range of employment law matters, both on the contentious and non contentious side
* Working with internal stakeholders to include HR and Employee relations to provide employment law advice and drafting employment contracts when required
* Drafting and amending employment policies and procedures and working on projects within the Group
* Managing Employment Tribunal claims up to preliminary hearings and instructing counsel thereafter
As the In-house Employment Solicitor, you will have;
* A Qualified Solicitor with a good working practice of Employment Law
* Experience advising in-house legal teams on employment law either within an in-house setting or private practice
* Ability to build and continue working relationships across the group, providing clear and concise advice
