About the role:
This role drives daily operations to ensure effective service by Building Performance Engineers, addressing operational issues, maintaining consistency, and working with leadership to monitor performance, manage competency, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
You will be responsible for managing field employees, dealing daily with the scheduling of work as well as resource and workforce planning.
Please note that this role is based within the Bracknell office 5 days per week. Occasional travel is required around the country a few times per year.
