Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:
* Analyse pricing, margin, channel, and product performance to support trading and commercial decisions
* Deliver insights into customer behaviour, segmentation, and sales trends
* Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate findings
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and commercial outcomes through data
* Work with large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
* Support forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI reporting
* Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure access to clean, reliable data
* Present findings clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders and teams across the business
Key Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in retail, FMCG, or another consumer-focused sector
* Strong technical skills in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
* Commercially minded with a strong understanding of trading metrics and performance drivers
* Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights and business recommendations
* Comfortable working with stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and operational teams
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Exposure to Python, R, or basic data science techniques is a plus, but not essential
